Eligibility for Returns
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, panties, bras, and lingerie are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • Sleepwear may be eligible for return if unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Return Process
If your order qualifies for return:

  • 📩 Contact us at [support@humol.in ] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 📦 Ensure the product is in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • 🚚 We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner, or guide you on how to self-ship.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed only for sleepwear sizes, subject to availability.
  • Intimates (panties, bras, lingerie) are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
  • The product is damaged in transit, or
  • An incorrect item was shipped
Non-Returnable Items
  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale).
  • Gift cards.
  • Products without original tags/packaging.
